My rambling thoughts
Just now I have only one dream...to finish the university because I'm so tired of studing but actually I don't know why. I have become so lazy that can't even make myself to write essays or to learn texts. I want to go there where won't be any person, may be on some island. Also I want to sleep, because I have some kind of insomnia. I guess it has happened after the topic of sacred writing which I've chosen several classes ago. If only I know the person who has written it... And I want the weather to be better, without rain...

Sacred writing
The aim justifies the means.
Sometimes it really justifies the means. For instance, when you want to get something you try do everything to have it, and when you get it you feel satisfied...

Why does Emma regret of her wedding? Have ever regreted about something you have done?
I think Emma regrets of her wedding because may be she didn't want to loose freedom, she thought she could find someone who is better. May be she was not ready for such a serious step in her life. Well, actually there are a lot of reasons for her regretting.
As for me, I regret sometimes of something, but I don't take it seriously, I try to do it. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not. It depends on a situation.

Essay
The book that tought me a lot
Nowdays there are a lot of books in our world. They are differ from each other. Some of them are interesting and some are not, but it depends on a reader. As for me, to choose a book for reading is a complicated process, because I am very fickle reader. I may choose a book then read only a chaptrer and finish with it, but I can also begin to read a book from a middle even if it is a story. I have read a book written by James Herriot. He is not a professional writer, he is a veterinerian. Unfortunateky he died some yeard ago. He lived in London but after graduating the university he moved to Yorkshire, England. He liked that place and stayed there. He also got married there. As he was a vet he was treating domestic animals. In his books he writes about it, some of them have happy end and some not. When I have been reading sad stories I was crying. Mr. Herriot writes that people called him even at night when he was sleeping and asked for help for their animals. The author got up immedeatly and and went there to save them. I can say that James Herriot's books tought me to help people, if I can do anything, any time they need my help. It is very important today because there are a lot of stale people. They think only about their benefit, they do not see what happens around us. His books tought me to love animals. I know a lot of vets and a lot of them treat animals like they are goods. But James Herriot really loves them. He feels death and illness of his patients keenly. I have four dogs at home and I percieve them like members of my family. They are a part of me, of my life. Once when I lost one of my pets I took it's death hardly like I have lost a person. I could not sleep, eat and talk. It was awful.
I want to say that people should be kind, responsive, empathize with each other. May be for someone this book is not interesting, as we know tastes differ, but I think there should be more such books which can teach us a lot.
